What is included with my CORE space?
If you have reserved a space in the CORE area of this event (either a 6 foot table or a 10 x 10 space), Freeman will provide one (1) 6 foot table and two (2) chairs with each space. Anything else, such as additional furniture, special carpet, lighting, rigging etc. must be ordered separately via Freeman Exhibitor Services: Customer Support Center: (888) 508-5054

CORE Hours & Vendor Lunch Times
The following is the schedule that the CORE will be “open for business” for attendees to visit between breakouts and General Sessions. These are the times we recommend all vendors be present in your CORE Space to conduct business. Please note however, due to the layout of the Convention meeting space, the CORE will be accessible by attendees all day between the hours of 6:00am – 5:00pm*.

CORE & Early Morning Workout Move-in / Move-out
The following are the designated dates and times you may set up and tear down your CORE Space and/or equipment in the Workout Area:

8:00am – 5:00pm | All day Move-In / Set-up
Monday, July 30
8:00am – 9:00am | Move-In / Set-up
9:00am – 10:30am | Dark hours, NO move-in allowed during this time
10:30am – 12:00pm | Move-In / Set-up
12:00pm – 1:15pm | Dark hours, NO move-in allowed during this time
1:15pm – 3:00pm | Move-In / Set-Up – all spaces must be fully installed by 4:00pm
Wednesday, July 31
1:15pm – 5:00pm | Move-Out / Tear-down ONLY for those who can easily hand-carry items away
Thursday, August 1
8:00am – 1:00pm | Move-Out / Tear-down
CORE Activity Descriptions
We will have Convention Guide pages dedicated to inform attendees about all the exciting happenings in the CORE. This information will also be posted in the mobile app and right here on the Convention website. This information lets the attendees know what activities you will have at your Core Space, will keep them engaged and will help build more traffic for you. All participating vendors must send the following information to Christy Lizarraga no later than June 1, 2018:
Service Order Forms
Although we have hired a security team to surveil the Convention areas and provide general security during our Convention, Gold’s Gym, its parents, and affiliates are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property. It is the sole responsibility as a vendor and/or attendee to ensure that your personal and company property and belongings are properly stored and secured at all times.
If your CORE space is unattended during Convention hours (including overnight hours), we highly recommend and encourage vendors to pack away and secure all items of value, including laptops, promotional giveaways, marketing collateral, raffle or business card receptacles, games, table top signs, etc.

All payments for sponsorship reservations are due upon receipt of invoices either from the Gold’s Gym Events Team and/or the Franchise Billing Department. Please direct billing related questions or concerns to Christy Lizarraga.

The vendor directory will be published in the 2018 Convention Guide where all participating companies will be listed for attendees to reference during and after the event. Your company listing will also be posted in the Convention mobile app. In order to ensure the information being published is accurate, every participating vendor must provide the following details to Christy Lizarraga on or before June 1, 2018:

Please note, we will not be printing company addresses or descriptions in the 2018 Convention Guide; however, company descriptions can be updated on the official GVP Website, which is where the Franchisees go when they need to find a vendor in the GVP. If you do not know your login for your GVP account, contact Christy Lizarraga to have it reset.
If we do not receive your updated vendor directory listing info by June 1, you risk not be listed in the 2018
